Main connection method: standard interface (such as 222, 220, 226), quick interface connection, thread connection, flange connection, draw bar connection, special customized interface. It is used for filtration of polyester, water treatment, oil, pharmacy, food and beverage, chemical industry, chemical fiber products and high temperature air.
Multilayer metal sintering network is a new kind of filter material which is made of multi-layer stainless steel wire mesh after special laminated pressing and vacuum sintering. The mesh holes of each layer of the sintered mesh filter core produced by jiaxebao filter are interlaced with each other to form a uniform and ideal filtering structure, which makes the material have advantages that ordinary metal mesh cannot match, such as high strength, good rigidity and stable mesh shape. Due to the reasonable matching and design of the gap size, permeability and strength characteristics of the material, it has excellent filtering precision, filtering impedance, mechanical strength, abrasion resistance, heat resistance and processing performance, and the comprehensive performance is obviously superior to other types of filtering materials.
