It is located in the return line of the system and is used to capture contaminants generated or intruded in the system before returning to the tank. It is therefore the most effective and important filter for controlling system contamination concentrations.Product introduction
The oil return filter is mainly installed on the oil return line of the hydraulic system. Various kinds of dirt such as abrasive grains generated by various hydraulic components during the working process can be intercepted by setting the oil filter of the return oil line to avoid returning to the fuel tank again. It is again sucked by the hydraulic pump. The allowable pressure difference of the oil filter in the return line is in the range of 0.3 to 0.5 MPa depending on the pressure level. The accuracy is determined according to the requirements of the degree of oil contamination.There are more factors to be considered in the setting of the return filter. One of the important factors is the hydraulic shock. Especially in the case of hydraulic cylinders and proportional valves upstream, the commutation of the hydraulic cylinder and the sudden drop of the proportional valve under high pressure. Electricity, there will be a large instantaneous flow impact, which will cause great damage to the filter element of the oil filter. When designing the oil filter for the return line, it must be fully recognized and strengthened in structure.

The oil return filter is divided into four types: paper type, mesh type and line gap type. The chemical fiber type has better filtering effect than the paper type, and the precision is high. It is difficult to clean the chemical fiber type and the paper type filter element after clogging, so the filter element must be replaced. The oil return filter is equipped with a differential pressure signaling device. When the filter element is caused by contamination and the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet ports is 0.35 MPa, a switching signal is issued, and the filter element should be cleaned or replaced at this time. The filter element adopts a new chemical fiber filter material, which has the advantages of high filtration precision, large oil passage capacity, low original pressure loss, large amount of dirt absorption, etc. The filtration precision is calibrated with absolute filtration precision, and the filtration ratio is p3, 5, 10, 20 >100, filtration efficiency n≥99%, in line with ISO standards.Application scope editing
