  The series machines should be cleaned after using for a week. (When filtering chicken manure, it's best to clean it every time),This can ensure the filtration efficiency of the filter and the low moisture content of the extruded solid.If the discharge liquid of the liquid outlet is reduced or the solid content is high in the working operation, it can be done separately stopped and started operation.

A. cleaning steps:

1.Turn off the water pump and the host keep working for 2-3 minutes.

2.Open the protective cover and use a high pressure spray gun or brush to clean the  machine.

3.Cover the protective cover after cleaning.

B. equipment motor control system

  This set of control distribution box is a dedicated control equipment.The machine equipped with two sets of motor start and stop buttons, the circuit design has  protection device to prevent leakage, phase loss, overload automatic, equipped with voltage and ammeter. Once the line has a short circuit, it can cut off the power in time. After troubleshooting,the equipment can be recovered easily and the line can work normally.

C. maintenance

In order to ensure the lifetime of the equipment, you´d better inspect and maintenance the machine regularly, and apply lubricant at the machine movement section every week.

Add 30# engine oil before using the engine reducer. Change the engine oil after 30 days for the first time and then once every six-month.Unscrewing the oil plug and release the engine oil of reducer.

PS: After replacing the waste oil for the first time, it is best to use diesel oil to clean the scrap iron scraps at the bottom of the reducer gearbox to prolong the lifetime of the reducer.

Notice

1. Maintenance of the equipment must be carried out in an idle state.

2. When the outside temperature is below zero degree, the main engine should be cleaned up after the operation of the machine which prevents freezing.

3. All the power of this equipment is supplied by 380V. During operation, please keep safety and prevent electric shock.
